Customer Service Wik & Walsøe


You have the right to return items within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in unused condition and sent in its original packing with the return form enclosed.

If you would like to change to another product. Please return the product to us and we will credit the amount. For reorder, please place a new order into the webshop.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are the customer’s responsibility, until received by Wik & Walsøe. Make sure to send the return items securely, with tracking. After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your credit card. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have received damaged or faulty items, contact and we will send you a new item or cancel the purchase in accordance to your consumer rights. Shipping cost on claims will be reimbursed. Remember to enclose the return form.

Delivery to all other countries: A shipping fee of 19 EUR will be charged.

International orders:
You may be charged import duties by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Delivery time 
We strive to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible. Standard delivery time within Norway is 3-5 business days. Standard delivery time on international orders is approx. 10-14 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.


All prices in the webshop are shown in the local currency with 25% VAT. Prices are subject to change without further notice if VAT rate, taxes and/or other duties change.

On international orders: You may be charged import duties by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

We currently accept payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). When the order is placed your payment will be reserved for Wik & Walsøe but will not be captured until your order has been shipped. Returned items will be credited back to your credit card.


To ensure your credit card security no credit card information is saved at Wik & Walsøe. We use Klarna as our payment system and all transmission are encrypted. For your convenience, our payment solution supports 3D Secure (“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”), a global technical standard developed by Visa and Mastercard to secure transactions over the internet. 3D Secure prevents fraud and unauthorized use of your credit card by validating and verifying you as the owner. After entering credit card number, name, expiry date and CVC code, you will be redirected to your issuing bank’s website to enter your password that your bank must verify. Please contact your issuing bank if you encounter a problem with entering your password.
