The packages are insured during transport, and we kindly ask you to check the contents upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged on arrival, please report this to Wik & Walsøe within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days from receiving the shipment. Wik & Walsøe will cover the most reasonable shipping cost if we are notified of errors and omissions unless such notification of errors turns out to be unfounded.
