We strive to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible. Delivery time on international orders is approx. 10-14 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.

If you experience receiving faulty, missing, or damaged products, we ask you to contact us by using the package’s attached right of withdrawal form, regular letter, or email to kundeservice@wik-walsoe.com. The packages are insured during transport, and we kindly ask you to check the contents upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged on arrival, please report this to Wik & Walsøe within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days from receiving the shipment. Wik & Walsøe will cover the most reasonable shipping cost if we are notified of errors and omissions unless such notification of errors turns out to be unfounded.
